SCAM ALERT

Recently I have been made aware that someone has been FRAUDULENTLY using my name in order collect deposit money for rental units in the New York area. The individual is CLAIMING to be me and has been stating that he is in or is moving to Montreal and must lease and sublet units in the New York area. The individual has been using a telephone number with a Montreal area code (514 616 4210) and he has been using various email addresses that are designed to look as though they belong to me but they do not belong to me (faz.brahimi@yahoo.com, faouziact@yahoo.com). He is requesting that individuals send money via money wire transfer prior to visiting the units and then does not arrive at the scheduled appointment time. I AM IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL and I have been contacting the appropriate fraud departments regarding this blatantly fraudulent use of my name and disregard for my character and my likeness. PLEASE DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL AND DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS INDIVIDUAL.
